Meal Prep Monday: Week 4

Happy Monday! This weekend was the perfect weekend at home. Andrew and I had the weekend together and really got to catch up on some quality time after a crazy week! We did one of favorite date nights: going to Panera and talking for hours. It’s really great time for us to catch up, free of distractions and electronic devices. We finished the night looking at the lights display in town which was super great! I love the holiday season and cannot get enough of all of the music, lights, and cheer!

We have less than three weeks until Christmas guys! Gasp! In addition to getting the home ready, doing your Christmas baking, and buying gifts for you loved ones; you want to invest in yourself and ensure you look and feel your best. Trying to eat healthfully throughout much of the season is one of best ways I can do this for me. Below is my meal plan. I have been keeping things pretty fresh and light and I have been feeling so much better for it!
